“I founded
mytea to
fix that.”
Tea became part of my life in college. Between early workouts, lectures, and long nights at the library, I needed energy that kept me focused without the jitters. I still enjoy coffee, but tea has become my go-to when I need sustained, steady momentum.
Years later in corporate roles, tea carried me through heavy workdays, tight deadlines, and hours of deep work. When the day was done, that same cup helped me wind down. It fit naturally into my routine, wherever my day took me.
Later on I dove deeper into origins, harvests, and processing methods. But the more I learned, the clearer the problem became: finding truly high-grade tea required wading through dense jargon, uncertain sourcing, and endless trial and error.
I founded mytea to fix that. I source directly from producers I trust and handle the research, tasting, and filtering myself, so you get a tight, exceptional collection without the guesswork.
