When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat monthly deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time through your Account Portal. However, please be aware that this is a month-to-month program. Due to the discounts offered through this program, some people take advantage of these discounts and jump on and off this program every 1-2 months.
To prevent such activities, your subscription will remain unchanged for three fulfillment cycles. If you decide to cancel a subscription before three fulfillment cycles, we'll need to reprocess your orders at the retail price and collect the difference. We'll process your cancellation without any additional charges if you cancel after three fulfillments.

While our teas may not carry formal organic certifications, our small tea farm suppliers already follow responsible practices. Obtaining official certification can be very expensive for these producers, sometimes costing thousands of dollars per year.
We visit tea farms directly, meet with producers, sample teas, and select the ones we carry. This hands-on approach allows us to verify that the teas are grown naturally and responsibly, so that the teas we source are both clean and ethically produced.
Tea should be stored in airtight containers to shield it from moisture, air, and strong aromas. Keep these containers in a cool, dark place, away from heat sources like stoves or ovens. Light and humidity can quickly degrade tea, so avoid exposing it to either. Delicate teas, such as green or white, are especially sensitive and benefit from careful handling in small portions. Always store tea away from strongly scented foods to preserve its natural flavor and aroma.
