Can I change teas between deliveries?
Yes, log into your account and update your selection anytime before the next order processes. It's all one subscription, so you manage everything in one place.
How do I skip or pause?
Log into your account and proceed to the subscription skip/pause button. There's no minimum commitment, take a break whenever you need to.
How do I cancel?
Log into your account and find the subscription cancel button. We don't make it hard on purpose.
Please keep in mind that you can cancel anytime after the third delivery.
When do I get charged?
You will be charged right before your next delivery.
Can I add more teas to my subscription later?
Yes. You can add or remove teas from your subscription at any point. Just go to the subscription page and select new teas. To remove, log into your account and proceed to subscription section.
