Ripe Puer Tea Heads

Ripe Puer Tea Heads

Tea Heads or Cha Tou are compact nuggets that naturally form during the wet-piling fermentation of Ripe Puer. They develop at the bottom of the tea piles, where the leaf material is pressed under its own weight and ferments especially intensely. This gives Tea Heads its main feature - a slow, patient unfolding, making it perfect for longer, meditative tea sessions.
