Iron Goddess
Iron Goddess or Tie Guan Yin is a premium oolong from Anxi County - one of the most renowned origins of oolong teas. This particular batch is made using the bingdong gongyi (bin) technique - the leaves undergo quick, deep freezing soon after harvesting to slow down oxidation and maintain cellular integrity. This helps lock in a rich floral aroma and produce tea with a distinctively fresh, complex profile.
