Bei Dou
Bei Dou is a rock oolong, a direct descendant of the legendary Da Hong Pao. Because harvesting of the Da Hong Pao mother plants was permanently halted in 2006, today cultivars like Bei Dou is the closest you can get to drinking true Da Hong Pao. It carries the signature mineral depth, layered roast, and quiet power that made Da Hong Pao legendary, offering a living continuation of that lineage.
